Comes in a wooden box with "Thank you" written on it, perfect for a gift. Using Yamada Nishiki, which has been polished to the limit of 23% (77%), we have taken on the challenge of creating the best Junmai Daiginjo. It has a gorgeous aroma and a beautiful honey-like sweetness when you put it in your mouth, and it lingers for a long time even though it cuts cleanly after swallowing. We are brewing ``Dassai'' with the aim of making sake that can be enjoyed as a tool in daily life.
