This is an old-fashioned iron pot with a wooden lid. The warm roasted cedar wood lid not only traps convection heat and slowly transfers the heat to the food, but also absorbs excess moisture. As the steam escapes appropriately, the dumplings will be fluffy and fragrant. Although it has a somewhat nostalgic traditional design, it can be used not only over an open flame but also in an IH cooker. Recommended for 2 to 3 people.
