We recreated the Shio Ramen from Santouka, a famous Asahikawa ramen restaurant.The rich and rich soup unique to Santouka is made so that you can drink it to the last drop.The noodles have a chewy texture and are perfectly satisfying to eat. We added naru to the thick, large char siu to give it a colorful finish.

旭川ラーメンの名店「山頭火」の「しおラーメン」を再現しました。山頭火特有の濃厚でコクのあるスープは、最後の一滴まで飲めるように仕上げました。麺はコシのある食感で食べ応え満点。厚みのある大きなチャーシューに、なるとを加えて、彩り良く仕上げました。
